Registration Register now for the "Living the 50plus Lifestyle" Conference and Exposition being held September 21st, 2012 at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Latham. Your conference registration provides you with full access to the Event that includes keynotes presentations, session(s), handout materials, continental breakfast(s), refreshment break(s), luncheon, and an Exhibition Hall Pass.

Cancellation Policy
"Living the 50plus Lifestyle" Conference and Exposition must receive cancellation notification in writing by certified mail to DJM Associates by September 1st, 2012 for a refund minus a $10 - Cancellation Fee. All Cancellations made after September 1st, 2012 are non-refundable. *Substitutions will be accepted with a $10 processing fee. *Refunds will be processed approximately four weeks after the "Living the 50plus Lifestyle" Conference. Hotel and Travel Reservations are the responsibility of the registrants. (No Exceptions).
Paying By Check
Complete and Print the web-site registration form and mail with payment before Friday, September 7th, 2012 to ensure registration is received before cut-off date and time.
