The interactive session will explore the difference between memory loss brought about by normal aging versus Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia; identify the risk factors associated with the disease; and provide valuable information to help you recognize the warning signs of Alzheimer’s.

Session Topic: Macular degeneration, or age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a leading cause of vision loss in people over age 60. It is a disease that destroys your sharp, central vision. You need central vision to see objects clearly and to do tasks such as reading and driving.

In this session Dr. Allen will discuss Macular degeneration and Cataracts a clouding of the lens of the eye that can impair vision. More than half of all Americans age 65 and older have cataracts.

successful dance fitness program with over 12 million people of all shapes,
sizes and ages.

Michele will speak why Zumba appeals to a lot of people and the key to the success of the
program. She will explain if you are going to Zumba it will be your cardio/weight loss exercise
as it can burn between 500 and 1000 calories in an hour. Unless you are prepared to run,
cycle or swim laps NON-STOP for that length of time, there are not many other forms of
exercise where you can burn so many calories so painlessly...and happily! Zumba with
